Question 1

How secure is payment processing on Noventra Stock?

Accepted Answer

All transactions are secured with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through PayPal's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway. We NEVER store, see, or process your credit card or sensitive financial details on our servers. In addition, every purchase is backed by PayPal Buyer Protection.

Question 2

Do you offer a satisfaction or money-back guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee within 14 days of purchase. If you experience any technical issues (such as a corrupted video file, incorrect resolution, or download delivery failure) that our support team cannot resolve, we will issue an immediate, full refund.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept PayPal, all major international credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as direct PayPal wallet balances.

Question 4

Will I receive an official invoice and license certificate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upon completing your transaction, an official PDF Tax Invoice and a cryptographically verifiable License Certificate are automatically generated and permanently accessible in your Account Dashboard.

Question 5

Is AI-generated footage legally safe for commercial advertising and monetization?

Accepted Answer

100% Yes. All stock footage on Noventra Stock is cleared for worldwide commercial use. Our generative visual assets are synthetically rendered without replicating copyrighted third-party works or registered trademarks. You receive perpetual, royalty-free commercial rights, meaning you will not face copyright strikes or YouTube Content ID claims.

Question 6

Do I need separate model or property releases for AI people and places?

Accepted Answer

No. Because characters, faces, and environments in our footage are synthetically generated by generative AI and do not represent identifiable living individuals or private real estate, separate model or property releases are completely unnecessary for commercial advertising.

Question 7

Can I monetize YouTube videos or client ads containing this footage?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Both our Standard and Extended licenses grant perpetual, worldwide monetization rights across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads, broadcast television, and OTT streaming platforms without recurring royalty fees.

Question 8

What is the difference between Standard and Extended licenses?

Accepted Answer

The Standard License covers most digital commercial uses including YouTube videos, social media campaigns, corporate presentations, and web ads (up to $50,000 in advertising spend). The Extended License is required for broadcast television, OTT platforms (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime), theatrical releases, and unlimited digital ad budgets.

Question 9

Can I use the footage for client projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Both licenses allow you to use footage in projects created for your clients. However, you cannot transfer or resell the raw, unedited footage files directly to third parties; the assets must be incorporated into a finished creative work.

Question 10

Do I need to credit Noventra Stock in my videos?

Accepted Answer

No, our licenses are completely royalty-free and do not require attribution or crediting, though a mention is always appreciated.

Question 11

What file formats and resolutions do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Our footage is delivered in industry-standard MP4 (H.264/H.265) format for maximum compatibility with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and After Effects. We offer SD (720p), HD (1080p), and master 4K Ultra HD resolutions.

Question 12

How long do I have access to download my purchased clips?

Accepted Answer

Once you purchase a license, the footage is permanently linked to your account. You can re-download it anytime without expiration from your Account Dashboard under 'Downloads'.

Question 13

What if my download gets interrupted or fails?

Accepted Answer

You can simply re-download the file from your dashboard at any time. Our servers support resumeable downloads so you never lose your purchased assets.
